Power Building Program
The Goal: Big Muscles, Strong Muscles.
This is a 12 week power building program designed to increase maximal strength while also building overall muscle mass for a better physique.
The program consist of four days in the gym focusing on the “big four:” Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and the Standing Overhead Press (military press).The rest of each workout will be spent on accessory lifts designed to strengthen lagging body parts holding back that major lift while simultaneously growing the size of those individual muscles.
