Hip Mobility Workshop

This is a 90 minute long group workshop focusing on hip mobility. The class is capped at 20 participants and focuses on developing a combination of flexibility, stability, and control.
Training mobility can improve athletic performance, day-to-day quality of life, and longterm joint health. Although hips are the focus, knee and back health are directly linked to hip issues.
In addition to the workshop each participant will receive an online membership to the Redux Hip Mobility Course. The course reviews and expands upon the in-person workshop and can be viewed as often as needed. It is 2 hours of information across 15 videos.
Yoga mats will be provided, but bring one if you have it!
Location and Date
The workshop will be held at Soma Vida 2324 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702 from 9:30am — 11am on Sunday January, 26th.
Parking & Access
Parking is located behind Soma Vida and accessed from 2nd street which runs parallel to E. Cesar Chavez. You can enter the studio through the back door from the parking lot. The studio is to your left after walking in.
