This is a 90 minute long group workshop focusing on hip mobility. The class is capped at 20 participants and focuses on developing a combination of flexibility, stability, and control.
Training mobility can improve athletic performance, day-to-day quality of life, and longterm joint health. Although hips are the focus, knee and back health are directly linked to hip issues.
In addition to the workshop each participant will receive an online membership to the Redux Hip Mobility Course. The course reviews and expands upon the in-person workshop and can be viewed as often as needed. It is 2 hours of information across 15 videos.
Yoga mats will be provided, but bring one if you have it!
