Week 8 – Day 1

Chipper

1) 50 Jump Ropes (or jumping jacks)

2) Bicycle Crunches (long count)

3) 50 Mt. Climbers

4) 50 Jumping Jacks

5) Lateral Plank Walks (plank position, walk sideways with hands/feet)

6) 50 Chin Ups (palms toward face)

7) Bulgarian Split Squats (25 per leg)

8) 50 Tricep dips

Week 8 – Day 2

Complete for 15 minutes:

1) 20 second Plank

2) 20 seconds of squats

3) 20 seconds of push up w/ twist and reach.

Week 8 – Day 3

30-25-20-15-10-5 reps of (example: complete 30 reps of 1, 2, then 3)

1) Squats

2) Bicycle Crunches (long count)

3) Chin Ups (palms towards face)
