Week 7 – Day 1

800M Lunges (complete walking lunges for 1/2 mile)

Week 7 – Day 2

For Time (Break the reps up and rest as needed)

100 Pull Ups

100 Hand Release* Push Ups

*Between each push up rest body on ground and pull hands off of the floor.

Week 7 – Day 3

4 Rounds of:

1) Run 400M (1/4 of a mile)

2) 15 Crunches

3) Moving Planks*

*Plank position, drop to one elbow an then the other, push back up to one hand then the other.
