Week 6 – Day 1

15 Minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)

1) 5 Wide Grip Push Ups

2) 5 Jack Knife Situps

3) 15 second Superman Hold (a.k.a skydiver)

 

Week 6 – Day 2

4 Rounds (90 Seconds Rest In-between)

1) Run 400m (1/4 of a mile)

2) 20 Air Squats

3) 20 Step Bear Crawl

4) 10 Moving Planks*

*(drop to elbow and other elbow. Back up to hand then other hand)

 

Week 6-Day 3

7 Rounds for Time (all moves are 5 per side)

1) 10 Pistol Squats -or- Bulgarian Split Squats

2) 10 Push Up with Reach

3) 10 Step Ups

4) 10 Bicycle Crunches

5) 10 Single Leg Weightless Deadlifts (a.k.a. Airplanes)*

*(stand on one leg with a slightly bent knee, bend down and touch the ground)
