Week 2 Day 1

For Time & In Order (break them up and rest as needed)

–25 hand Release Push Ups

–50 Pull Ups

–75 Air Squat Jumps

–50 Crunches

–50 Chin Ups

–25 Hand Release Push Ups

Week 2 Day 2

10 Rounds of:

–20 jumping lunges (10 each side)

–10 Push Up to Side Reach (alternating–5 each side)

–10 Jack Knife Sit Ups (also called V-Ups)

–20 Step Ups (10 each Side)

–10 Walk out–push up–walk in

Week 2 Day 3

8 Rounds: Death By Push Ups

–5 Wide Grip Push Ups

–5 Wide Grip Push Ups

–5 Clapping Push Ups (scale – standard)

1 Min Plank

–5 Standard Grip Push Ups

–5 Fist Push Ups

–5 Elevated Push Ups (scale – standard)

–1 Min Plank
