Week 8 – Day 1

4 Rounds: 35s on – 20s off

1) Side Plank

2) Moving Plank

3) Thread The Needle

4) Reaching Plank*

*(Reach out with one hand then the other. Return one hand then the other to plank position)

5) Grasshopper Plank*

*(Plank, kick right leg through to the left side. Repeat with the left leg to right side)

6) Plank

 

Week 8 -Day 2

5 Rounds of:

1) 30 Bicycle Crunches

2) 1 Minute Plank

3) 30 Toe Touch Crunches

4) 30s 6″ Hold

(Lay on back, straight legs, hold feet 6″ off of the ground)

 

Week 8 – Day 3

Chippers

1) 100 Crunches

2) 100 Scissor Kicks

3) 50 Skydivers

(lay on stomach, lift legs & arms off of ground)

4) 100 Side Scissor Kicks
