Week 5 – Day 1

Chipper (Complete all reps in this order)

1) 50 Moving Planks

2) 50 Skydivers

3) 50 crunches

4) Mt. Climbers

5) 50 Scissor Kicks*

*(Long count – i.e. both legs = one rep)

 

Week 5 – Day 2

10 Minute EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute)*

When you finish the moves below rest until the next minute starts.

1) 5 Jack Knife Sit Ups (a.k.a V-Ups)

2) 5 Side Hip Dips (5 per side)

3) 5 Reaching Planks

 

Week 5 – Day 3

–10 Moving Planks

–30s Plank

–10 Thread the Needles (10 per side)

–30s Plank

–10 Moving Planks

–30s Plank

–10 Reaching Planks

–30s Plank

–10 scissor kicks (long count)

–30s Plank

–10 Side Plank Hip Dips
