Week 2 – Day 1

 3 Rounds: 30 seconds of work /20 seconds of rest
*Complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds in series of 8 reps.
1) 8 reps ea. — Side Hip Dips / Bicycle Crunch
2) 7 reps ea. — Thread the Needle / DB Plank Row & Sets
3) 5 reps each — Side DB OH Press (R/L) / (2x) Reaching Plank
4) 4 reps each — Side DB Side Press / Star Plank
5) 1 round ea. — Frozen Scissor (R&L) / Abs Medley
Week 2 – Day 2
3 Rounds: 30 seconds of work /20 seconds of rest
*Complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds in series of 8 reps.
1) 8 reps ea. — Moving Plank / Jack Knife
2) 7 reps ea. — Plank Hip Dips / DB Plank Row
3) 5 reps each — Reaching Plank / Crunches
4) 4 reps each — Side Plank Side Press / Scissor Kicks
5) 1 round ea. — Hollow Body Hold / Opposite Plank
Week 2 – Day 3
3 Rounds: 30 seconds of work /20 seconds of rest
 *Complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds in series of 8 reps.
1) 8 reps ea. — Plank / Bicycle Crunch
2) 7 reps ea. — Elbow Drop Plank / DB Plank Row & Sets
3) 5 reps each — Grasshopper Plank / L-Twist
4) 4 reps each — 6″ Hold / Thread the Needle (R/L)
5) 1 round ea. — Side Scissors / Abs Medley
